Delivery you can rely on 

At Barkt - Built for Walks®, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. 

Shipping Costs 

 - Free Royal Mail shipping on all UK orders over £50

 - Orders under £50 are charged £1.99 for Tracked Express Shipping

All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch 

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

 - Orders are typically processed within 24 hours

 - Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same day

 - Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day

Our warehouse operates:

 - Monday – Friday (standard hours)

 - Saturday mornings (until 10:30am)

 - Closed on bank holidays

Delivery Times 

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

 - UK Tracked Shipping: 2–3 working days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (such as courier delays or busy periods).

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery options:

  • Europe: 4–7 working days - €6.99
  • USA: 4–8 working days - $19.95 (fully landed cost, tariffs included)
  • Canada: 4–8 working days - $11.99 CAD
  • Australia: 4–7 working days - $16.00 AUD 
  • Rest of World: 5–15 working days - £6.95

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are not included at checkout (except USA orders where stated)
  • They are determined by your country’s authorities
  • Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

Argentina, UAE, Mexico, North Macedonia, Ukraine, South Africa, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Côte d’Ivoire, Saudi Arabia, French Polynesia, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, St. Barthélemy, Panama, Malaysia, Réunion, Senegal, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Moldova, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Israel

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Changes to your Order 

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can make changes before your order is dispatched, but unfortunately not after.

P.O. Boxes 

We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses using Royal Mail services.

Out of Stock Items 

If part of your order is out of stock:

 - we will ship the available items

 - and automatically refund the unavailable item(s)

Delays 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@barkt.co.uk and we’ll investigate for you.

Damaged or Lost Parcels 

We take every step to ensure your order arrives safely.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

 - if possible, refuse delivery with the courier

 - or contact us as soon as possible with photos

We’ll resolve this quickly for you.

Lost parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
