The product is good. However, it took almost 2 months to arrive. The communication I received stated 2-3 working days. I chased this up and was told it wasn't in stock and had to be pre-ordered. There was no communication about this at all. I was given another date it should be arriving by and again it was 2 weeks late but with no communication to let me know. The customer service responses were quick and very polite when I chased it up but ultimately went back to not communicating anything when it was further delayed. It's a shame as the product is good but wouldn't buy anything else for these reasons.

Description
No more cold dog walks.
We made the BarktRobe because winter walks shouldn't mean getting home cold and soaked through. The dog doesn't care if it's raining, so we built something that means you don't have to either.
It keeps you warm and dry from the first step out the door to the last one back in. The fleece lining is soft and cosy, and it dries quickly, so it's ready for the next walk when you are.
Want the full kit? Add a Dog Robe to dry your dog off and keep them warm after muddy walks.
Built for walks. Like everything we make.

FAQ
Got questions? We've got you 🐾
I get soaked on every walk. Will this actually keep me dry?
That's exactly why we made it. The BarktRobe is built to keep you warm and dry on the walks your dog won't skip, whatever the weather's doing. No more getting home and peeling off wet layers.
I'm freezing by the time I'm halfway round. Is it warm enough?
The fleece lining is there for exactly that. It keeps the warmth in from the first step out the door to the last one back in, so you're not counting down the minutes until you're home.
My coat's still damp from this morning. Will the robe be ready for the next walk?
The fleece lining is quick-drying, so it's ready to go again when you are. No more pulling on a damp coat for the second walk of the day.
My dog comes home soaking and ends up all over the car and sofa. Can you help?
Add a Dog Robe to your order. It dries your dog off and keeps them warm after wet, muddy walks, so they're not shivering in the boot or shaking off on the sofa. It comes in Medium, Large and X Large.
What if it's not right for me?
You're covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If there's any issue, we'll either refund you in full or exchange it for a replacement. Just email us at hello@barkt.co.uk.
How quickly can I have it for my next walk?

Brilliant bottle & carrier for all my doggie needs purchased another for a present 🎁
3-in-1 Barkt Bottle & Bag - Limited Edition Sage Escape (Pre-Order)
I love the bottle, it will be very useful as I can have one bottle for me and my dog! Holds plenty of water, the bag is great, easy to get bottle in and out. Sage green lovely colour. Customer service fabulous - preordered the green bottle, mailed to ask if I could have my dogs name on it (a feature with the other colours). They said yes, but when it arrived, no name! Mailed to say disappointed, received a mail back within a couple of hours saying they’d resend, and keep original bottle. The new one arrived within a few days - perfect!
3-in-1 Barkt Bottle & Bag - Limited Edition Sage Escape (Pre-Order)
Love the product, very fast delivery, all good
Great experience, love this item
Bag zip broke within 1 week, seal on the bottle doesnt work. Seems like a cheap product considering it was £45.99. Don’t recommend this brand.
So useful and made easy to carry leaving hands free to deal with pup
Easy ordering, and quick delivery. The product is great quality and has been a real life saver in the recent warm weather. Will definitely be recommending Barkt to all my dog walking friends
Great quality bottle and so well designed with the two bowls integrated into the base. The neoprene bag is also great, being soft to use. Just a few niggles. The bag strap could be thicker as when the bottle is full it digs in and the small padded piece slips up and down the strap too easily. I also don’t like straws to sip out of and it doesn’t work well when the water goes down past half way. But as a means of carrying water for the dogs, without having to carry bottles and fold up bowls in a rucksack, it’s a very clever design !
We had just welcomed our puppy into our home and I had come across your product on instagram. We plan on having lots of adventures and when I saw this product I knew I had to buy it to try it. I love how you don’t have to carry water for your dog and water for yourself, one bottle does the both of you and the fact it’s in an insulated bag that can keep it cool whilst having both hands free and a place for poop bags too is fantastic. I love how there are two bowls that stack on top of each other that then screw into the bottom of the water bottle for food and water. I have brought two of these one for myself and one for my husband. Definitely recommend these bottles, I love how you can personalise your dogs name on the bottles too.
One of the clips on the end is quite stiff to open where as the other is easy. Lead is ok for what I paid.
Love the bottle, it works. I find the strap on the bottle holder too flimsy. It could do with being stronger and wider.
This is a game changer, I now have water on the go for myself and not just the dogs like I was before. I highly recommend this 3 in 1 water bottle to anyone. I am so glad I had seen my friend with hers 😃🐾🐶
Amazing bottle great for long days out
One of the best dog walking accessories I’ve bought.
Really good product, bottle is great & holds loads! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I feel that the strap lets it down, strap is thin & clips don’t appear robust, I think that a more comfortable/thicker/expensive strap would make this product perfect.
Great company to order from. Delivery came quite quickly. The bottle is well made, great pocket for dog poop bags, strap across the body is comfy and sturdy. Our three dogs are happy
This is a great bottle as really handy as can take food as well as water for both to drink. The treat and poo bag pouch is good too. Bowls are handy not only for food but for drink for dog. Great quality too. Easy to carry on walks.
Love it!
Perfect just what I was looking for. Love the bag, the bowls a good size, my spaniel loves it.
Great idea, lovely item but big and bulky
Great present from my partner ,my dogs are very grateful
Easy purchase process and product delivered on schedule, well made, robust manufacture. All good - thank you!!
Just perfect
Ordered this for my new puppy to get ready for when we can go out! I love the bottle and bag already, we can’t wait to put it in action. It very well made and obviously good quality. The bag is great for taking poo bags and keys which will be very useful. The bowls will be perfect for my girl, on a day out. In all a great product . Thank you
The idea is a good one, but practical use is a bit faffy. Good quality bottle & bowls, the strap on the bag could be wider to make it comfortable to carry. Having to take the bottle out to unscrew the bowls to provide water is not a one handed operation and when holding 2 dog leads. So now clip and folding bowl to outside which means I can just pour the water out.
Brilliant water bottle and enough storage for treats and bags . Highly recomend
Love that the bottle’s design has both humans and dogs in mind! Certainly saves taking multiple bottles out with me. Also love that you can buy a carrier for the bottle…I need hands free when out and about so it’s much easier to carry! What isn’t there to like!
Love the bottle and the whole concept! Amazing for holidays too when you take your dogs like we did
Love this! Has everything I need for a walk!
My dog has always been really fussy with travel water bottles. I think this is because the water gets hit but he also drinks from a metal water bowl at home. The fact that I can also drink out of it and carry it easily has been a game changer me and my dog are both drinking more water on our walks!
Great bottle, bag is really useful.
So practical and handy I love a wee dog walk gadget to make my walks that easier. It's motivated me to drink more to do win win.
Love the bottle- very happy
You've. Made our walks much easier 🙂 Bremner knows everytime i pick this up we are going on another adventure. Quick delivery and fantastic product thankyou
Really love this bottle. It’s so handy and has helped a lot with my back pain as I no longer need to carry a back pack
Great idea for our 2 spaniels now they can have a drink at any time
Really please with the item. It’s genius. Love the bag because I can use it for short walks where I might not need to take the bottle. The bottle is great, and the little bowls are ideal for our springer spaniel. Would highly recommend!
Love it! Super cute yellow colour. It keeps water so cold, the handle is great as is the screw on bowl. Personally I think I'd prefer it taking on more water and just one screw on bowl instead of two and a bigger zip pocket on the bag then it'd be perfect.
After trying lots of different dog water bottles. This is by far best. I have two dogs and trying to carry water, a disposable bowl or even squirting the water in to the dogs mouths Carrying poo bags and my mobile phone. This is a game changer.. plus super quick delivery. Ordered on Wednesday was here Thursday morning. Thank you ⭐️
